Bob's background includes over 25 years of accounting experience including 10 years of public accounting (including 4 years with a Big 4 firm) as well as CFO and controller positions with public and private companies.
Bob is familiar with all aspects of financial industry accounting and auditing issues, having spent several years as the CFO of an independently owned bank.
Bob brings a unique blend of corporate hands on experience in financial and SEC reporting, strategic planning, cash management, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, benefits administration and risk management from his corporate accounting background to the audit profession. Bob has expertise in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services to organizations in commercial real-estate development, construction, property management, retail operations, manufacturing, distribution, technology and financial services. Through his experience on the inside as controller and CFO and big 4 public accounting, Bob has the ability to provide efficient audit engagement management as well as critical insight and business acumen to the clients he serves.
Bob and his wife have three children and enjoy playing tennis, scuba diving, golf and skiing.
