Brian has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with financial statement audits, SEC filings, business forecasting and projections, cash flow analysis and financing relationships. Brian has also performed due diligence work in connection with merger and acquisition transactions in various industries, as well as management consulting services including Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance implementation, litigation support services, business valuations and outsourced controllership/chief financial officer functions.
During the course of his career, Brian has worked with clients in various industries including insurance, software development, real estate, manufacturing, mortgage banking, retail, small business investment companies and other service businesses. These clients range in scope from publicly traded to closely held, entrepreneurial environments.
