Experience:
Dave began his public accounting career in 2000 and has worked with companies in various industries including: real estate, software development, telecommunications, satellite communications, retail, multi-brand interactive commerce, gaming and the renewable energy sector.
Dave joined ACM in July of 2009. Prior to joining ACM, Dave spent seven years with Ernst & Young and two years with Arthur Andersen working with public and private clients ranging from start-up to established multi-national companies. He has experience in debt offerings, equity offerings, and internal control engagements conducted in accordance with section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Dave works closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and help them create solutions and identify opportunities. He has also been a presenter at the Colorado Society of CPAs Real Estate Conference.
Dave and his wife Sarah, have two sons. They moved to Denver to be closer to family and enjoy the lifestyle opportunities Denver has to offer. Dave enjoys fishing, tennis and yoga.
