Experience:
Kevin is in his 9th year of public accounting, specializing in the following industries: software development and technology companies, telecommunication, manufacturing, oil and gas exploratory companies and entities developing through merger and acquisition activity. Prior to joining ACM, Kevin spent two years with a Big Four accounting firm working with public and private clients in the oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in conducting internal control documentation and testing engagements in accordance with section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Prior to working in public accounting, Kevin spent 3 years in operations management with a publicly held real estate investment trust partnership.
Kevin currently serves as the Finance Committee Chair and on the executive committee for the Denver Public Library's Friends Foundation.
