Experience:
Prior to returning to public accounting and joining ACM in January 2005, Bob worked as the CFO for various small to medium sized companies operating in multiple industries including banking, retail, software development, and real estate development. During his tenure as CFO, Bob was involved in a multitude of acquisitions that involved both in-state and out-of-state operations, in addition to being the point person responsible for the merging of the new business operations and systems into the current processes. Additionally, Bob was extensively involved in a proposed sale of an entity to a company that was majority owned by a Wall Street investment banking firm.

Bob has a vast knowledge of business operations and experience in performing due diligence on target companies. During his 14 years as a CFO, Bob was involved in a multitude of business situations and challenges affecting the companies overall financial and business strategies.

Bob's ability to develop and sustain strong business and personal relationships are one of his very fine attributes. He believes in fostering long-term relationships and is regarded by his clients and prior industry peers as a trusted advisor.
