To explain more about the intricacies of the BDO Alliance here is a brief overview. The Alliance Network is comprised of the following 3 groups:

• Vertical Alliances - groups of firms of a particular discipline or industry that collectively provide coverage in that discipline for BDO Seidman and Alliance members.
• Service Provider Alliance - diverse firms that individually are capable of providing broad coverage in specific service areas for BDO Seidman and Alliance members.
• Vendor Alliance - companies that can supply specific products and services to BDO Seidman and Alliance members.
