One high school accounting class was all it took to convince Brandon that accounting was the profession for him. After graduating from college with a degree in accounting and a certificate in financial analysis, he joined ACM as an audit associate. He spent two years gaining an understanding of financial accounting and reporting, and then took the opportunity to participate in an internal exchange program with the tax department. During this time, he gained experience in value-add consulting, tax law research and application, and tax consulting, and ultimately, decided to pursue a career in tax.
Today, Brandon leads ACM’s corporate tax practice, where he focuses on building strong relationships with multinational and multistate corporations in the mid-market. He spends the majority of his time on international and M&A consulting, compliance matters, and ASC 740 tax accrual preparation and review services.
When he is not in the office, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
